Active Learning Courses

The low down on health and fitness for growing kiwis

Active Learning courses offer professional health and fitness tuition for growing kiwis and can be tailored to cover everything from the basics through to advanced health and fitness for emerging athletes.

Whether the aim is to teach life-long lessons and encourage healthy living, or to encourage students to take their health and fitness to the next level, this package is a mix of theory and practice with an emphasis on learning through having fun. This course is generalised to cover all sporting codes and can cater to any age group and level of ability.

Active learning courses can be half a day, a full day or an overnight camp with on site catering available for all courses and on site accommodation available for overnight stays.

As with all our packages, we encourage our clients to work with our staff to build the package that best suits their needs.   Courses can be created using all or a selection of the elements listed below, and the team are open to suggestion if there are specific topics you would like to be covered. World class experts, including the SRI’s own trainers, provide professional insight on a range of topics.
