Fitness Fun Days

A fitness fun day shows kids that keeping fit can be a whole lot of fun, and encourages them to use their imagination while working up a sweat!

This package is ideal for children between 3 and 12 years old and can be anywhere from a one hour session to a half day field trip as sessions are catered specifically to each group. A fitness fun day can be structured or free-flow, depending on the group size and needs.

The SRI has a huge range of amazing sports facilities and equipment which, with a little imagination, can be used to create fantastic games and relays.

Fitness Fun relays can involve anything from crawling through a tunnel made from tackle pads, running over padded hills, sack races, tug of war and playing with every kind of ball you can think of!

Our team can cater your booking to align with a classes curriculum, or a theme of your choice. From the importance of team building to a Mini World Cup, the possibilities are endless.

An educational element can also be included to cover the basics of health and fitness, heathy eating and nutrition, or any topic of your choice.

A guided tour of the amazing SRI building will be incorporated into the package so that everyone can experience all the amazing aspects of this state of the art facility.
